The award-winning Cornish Yarg is hand made in open vats from grass rich-milk, wrapping the cheeses in wild garlic leaves before allowing the dressed truckles to mature. Its deliciously distinct flavour, makes it a favourite on cheeseboards, and with its low melting point, it is a versatile cooking ingredient too. It’s creamy and slightly crumbly with taste of fresh underlying hints of wild garlic.
