Tunworth is a traditional Camembert-style English cheese handmade by Stacey Hedges and Charlotte Spruce from pasteurized cow's milk. It has a creamy texture and a thin wrinkled rind with rich, sweet, nutty, vegetal and milky flavours. Tunworth was judged to be the Supreme Champion 2006 at the British Cheese Awards, beating over 840 other entries and also won a Gold Medal at the World Cheese Awards 2007.
