As we launch our all new, online ordering service, we hope to help those customers who can’t always get to our shops. It doesn’t mean that we love you any less, and we will always be happy for you to come into the shops as often as possible.
Our shop opening times are as follows
Our delivery days are Wednesday and Friday. We ask that orders are made by 9am on the day of delivery. Your order will then be processed, and we aim to deliver between 10am and 3pm. Whilst we usually cannot guarantee specific delivery slots, please contact us for any special requirements. Use the comments box at check-out to let us know if you'd like a Wednesday or Friday delivery.
Can't find what you're looking for? Not a problem. If you know we regularly stock an item not listed on our website, simply ask for it in the comments box at checkout. We'll add it to your order and invoice you separately.
Minimum spend for delvery is £30.00. Due to the current climate, and in order to best serve our community, we will be offering free delivery for the foreseeable future.
We always endeavour to carry a good quantity of stock. However, if for any reason we are not able to fulfil your order, we will not replace items automatically. Our Team will try to contact you by phone prior to your delivery being sent. In the event that something is more important to your order, please leave a note in the ‘Add a note to your order’ box.
With the best will in the world, stuff happens. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, or any part of it, please contact us by phone or email and we will discuss the best and quickest option to remedy the issue.
We are not ready to add everything onto our site at the moment. Regular users of our Meat London shops will be aware that we have a comprehensive selection of wines. If you would like wine added to your order, please phone, email or comment in the box at checkout and we will organise this for you.
